The inspiration behind Sports Pathwayz came from Rtn. Dr. Jyothi Reddy's journey as a mother, educator, and Founder Principal. Having seen firsthand how the absence of a structured support system continues to hinder promising young athletes, she partnered with Mr. Bhushan Thakur to build an ecosystem that nurtures talent, education, and future opportunities under one roof.

The Story Behind the Mission
Bhushan Thakur didn’t just study sports — he lived it at the highest level. Representing India 32 times in Table Tennis, competing at the World TT Championship in the Netherlands, and playing Division 1 European league in Sweden for eight years, Bhushan experienced firsthand what it takes to be a serious athlete on the world stage. But he also saw what most athletes face when the playing days end: no roadmap, no career infrastructure, no bridge between sporting excellence and professional life. That gap became his purpose.
After building a career as CEO of Solaris Group, MD of Oxyfit Premium Fitness, and Project Head for India at TTFI & Stag, Bhushan channelled everything he knew — as an athlete, a manager, and an entrepreneur — into building the sports ecosystem India’s young talent deserves.
